PCE Monomer PCE Powder Superplasticizer Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer/PC polycarboxylate water reducer is a white to light yellow powder. It is a powdered high-performance superplasticizer/water reducer with high water reduction rate and good plasticity retention. As a universal powder polycarboxylate water reducer, PC970 can be used in mortars of various cement cementitious formula systems and gypsum cementitious formula systems.

PCE Monomer PCE Powder Superplasticizer Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer can give mortar products excellent working performance and flow properties, and significantly improve the quality of cement-based materials and gypsum-based materials. This product has a wide range of adaptability and can be used simultaneously with other additives in mortar production, such as: early strength agent, retarder, rubber powder, defoamer, etc., and will not have a negative impact on other aspects of the mortar.

Dry mortar: grouting material, grouting material (agent), cement self-leveling, gypsum self-leveling, repair mortar, floor mortar, waterproof mortar, support mortar, etc.;

Concrete: self-compacting concrete, floor concrete, plain concrete, permeable concrete and other special concrete.

The amount of PCE Monomer PCE Powder Superplasticizer Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer polycarboxylate water-reducing agent added depends on the application system.

Due to the change of dry-mixed mortar components, the general amount is 0.05-0.5% of the cementitious material. The actual amount needs to be determined by trial mixing according to different products and applications, and it needs to be mixed evenly with dry powder materials when used.

Packaging: 25Kg plastic woven bag.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place at 5-35 degree to prevent moisture. This product should not be pressed heavily, especially in a high temperature environment, otherwise there will be a risk of caking. The storage time should not exceed 12 months.

Safety information and transportation: This product is not edible and will feel sticky when in contact with the skin. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse with clean water as soon as possible; non-toxic, non-corrosive, safe and pollution-free to the environment; this product can be transported as general cargo.
